The business
Bolt House is a stainless steel nut bolt wholesaler and fastener supplier on Shapar Main Road in Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. It supplies hex bolts, nuts, washers, screws, anchors and threaded rods, from a few pieces for a repair to bulk and recurring orders, to buyers across India.
Fasteners are bought by specification. A buyer who sends "M12 bolts" gets a phone call back; a buyer who sends the diameter, length, pitch, grade, finish and quantity gets a quotation.
What the site had to do
- Show the product range clearly, by category, without promising stock or prices that change every day.
- Turn a visit into a precise enquiry: size, grade, finish, quantity, brand and delivery location.
- Be found in local searches around Shapar and Rajkot, and say plainly where the shop is.
- Work on a phone, load fast, and need no server, database or monthly upkeep.
What was built
A product range you can filter
The Products page lists six categories: hex bolts, hex nuts, washers, screws, anchors and fixings, and threaded rods. Filters narrow them to bolts and rods, nuts and washers, or screws and anchors, and a search box filters by name as you type. Each card says which details to send for that product, such as size, grade and finish for a hex bolt, and its Add to enquiry button opens the quote form with the product already in the requirements box.
An enquiry that writes itself
The quote form asks for a name, company, email, phone, order type (retail, bulk or wholesale, or recurring supply), delivery location and the requirements. On submit it opens the visitor's email app with the whole enquiry written out and addressed to Bolt House, ready to send. The business's email, phone, address and hours live in one small settings file; adding a WhatsApp number there switches the form to open a WhatsApp message instead.
Beside the form, a quote checklist lists what makes a request precise: product type or part number, diameter, length and pitch, material and grade, finish, and the quantity, destination and date.
Bulk supply and brand sourcing
The Bulk Supply page explains how to bring a whole project into one requirement list and includes a table of what belongs in a request for quotation, what to share and why it helps. The Brands page is for buyers who need a particular manufacturer: they give the brand and part number, say whether alternatives are acceptable, and availability is confirmed with the quotation.
Found in local search
Every page has its own title and description written for searches such as a nut bolt wholesaler in Rajkot, and carries HardwareStore and WholesaleStore structured data with the address on Shapar Main Road, the phone number, the email and the areas served: Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat and India.
Visuals that do not over-promise
Bolts, nuts, washers, screws, anchors and threaded rods are drawn as SVG illustrations inside the page, so there is no product photography to keep up to date. The six photographs on the site are Creative Commons images from Wikimedia Commons, and a Photo credits page names the author, source and licence of each one. The footer says the visuals are representative and that specifications should be confirmed before purchase.
How it is hosted
The site is kept in the same repository as smitdev.online, in its own folder, and Laravel serves it on a subdomain. The address /products returns the Products page, an old /products.html link redirects permanently to /products, a missing page returns a 404, and the subdomain has its own sitemap.xml and robots.txt that list only Bolt House pages. Only known web file types are served from the folder, and the responses set no cookies.
Technology
The site is written in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, about 18 KB of CSS and JavaScript together, with no framework and no build step. Product illustrations are inline SVG, structured data is Schema.org JSON-LD, and the pages are served by Laravel with clean URLs.
