Smit understood how a handmade studio works before he wrote a line of code. Customers pick a quantity and see the bulk price, add a name or a reference photo, and pay by UPI or card, so every order reaches me with everything I need to start pouring. Families abroad see prices in their own currency. The site feels as carefully made as the pieces we sell.
Our customers always know which oil they want; what they need is to know we have it, in the right pack. Now every grade we stock, from all eighteen brands, has its own page, and buyers send their whole list on WhatsApp in one message. Smit kept it honest, too: no made-up prices, and clear that we are a multi-brand shop. The website works the way our counter works.
I wanted a place where people could admit a mistake at work without being found out, and still make it useful. Smit built Confessio with no accounts at all, just a device token, and made the lesson learned compulsory so it never turns into a rant board. The feed, the reactions and the would-you-have-done-the-same poll make reading as gripping as posting, and it was tuned to stay fast with hundreds of thousands of posts.
Every bolt we make comes in many diameters and lengths, and each one has its own stock. Now anyone on the team records stock in or out from their phone in a few taps, the matrix shows every size at once, and I get a notification the moment stock changes. Customer estimates come out as a PDF from the same app. Smit built it around the way our factory actually works.
Our jewellery is bought to be given, so the website had to think like a gift. Customers shop by occasion, build their own hamper and pay securely, and we run the whole store from one admin: products, orders, invoices, coupons and offers. The Creator Circle gives creators clear levels to grow through. Smit made the site feel as delicate as the pieces themselves.
